Anyone can post a short-term or long-term job, choose a freelancer from the bids received, or directly pick a freelancer from those available, negotiate terms, and hire them to begin the contract.

How will JOBOO work for me as a client?
All you need to do is post a job on the platform.
There are two types of jobs - fixed price and biddable.
Post a fixed job to choose the freelancer you want from a large pool of options, based on your budget, skills required, and so on.
Post a biddable job to allow freelancers to share their bids for the job. You can then choose the best bid out of all received, negotiate terms, and begin the contract.

What fees does JOBOO charge?
Initially, there is no fee at all.
Both clients and freelancers can join the platform for free. The platform only charges a fee when a project begins. This fee is deducted from the total amount being paid for the task to be done. And this fee is only deducted once the client is satisfied with the work and the task is marked as completed.

Will JOBOO provide work to me?
JOBOO does not give you work.
It is simply a platform that allows you to get work done easily. You will have to search for jobs that fit your skillset, apply or bid on them, and wait for the client to reach out to you. Hence, having a complete profile increases your chances of being engaged by clients.
If you match the requirements of the client, and have submitted a great bid, you will be hired and can begin working with them.
Q: When do service providers get paid?
A: Payments are held by the platform until the service provider completes the
job and you approve the work. Only then are funds released.
Q: Can I get a refund if the service provider
doesn’t deliver?
A: Yes. If the provider fails to deliver or cancels the job, you are eligible
for a refund.
Q: What if the work is not what I expected?
A: If the work doesn’t match the agreed specifications, you can request a
refund. In some cases, partial refunds may be offered if part of the work was
completed.
Q: How do I request a refund?
A: Submit your request within 2 days of job completion or cancellation.
Include a clear explanation and any proof (messages, files, screenshots).
Q: What happens if there’s a dispute?
A: The platform will mediate between you and the service provider. We may
suggest corrections or revisions. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll
decide on a fair refund. Our decision is final.
Q: How long does it take to get my money back?
A: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned
to your original payment method less transaction fees. In the event of a contestation,
it will further be subject to contestation resolution.

possible?
A: Yes. Refunds are not given if:
